As an almost 20-year veteran secondary educator, ShaRhonda Cleckley has worked with diverse students from various ethnic and academic backgrounds. AVID trained, IB MYP, and GT certified, she has led conferences at Advanced Academic Institutes and school-based learning circles for her colleagues. Her passion for meeting students where they are to get them to where they need to be while nurturing the whole child is evident in the way in which she maintains positive rapport with both students and parents. As a lifelong learner, she is constantly staying abreast of the latest educational trends and research to bring more opportunities to both her students and colleagues. ShaRhonda Cleckley has a BA in International Business, MBA in Marketing, and M.Ed. in Adult Education and Learning Theory. She is also a published author of Navigating A Triple Pandemic: Educator's Edition. She resides in Northern VA with her son and where she volunteers within her community.
