Certified Tutor

I graduated with a degree in Chemistry Education and Honors Humanities from Indiana Wesleyan University, enabling me to be certified to teach Chemistry and Physics to Middle and High School students in the state of Indiana. Although I am on the younger side of teaching, I have an abounding passion for not only the sciences I teach, but also the act of teaching students.
One of my favorite topics to teach within these subjects is at the crossroads of science and daily life. I set aside days in my class to teach about topics that students are familiar with, like rainbows and music, and I explain how they work through the chemistry and physics that I have found such a deep passion for.
Outside of class, I continue learning about science constantly, using my own academic background, books, and internet databases to continuously learn. I also love to play video games and guitar when I'm not spending time with my wife!
