I'm a 4th year BSc Applied Sport Science student at the University of Edinburgh, looking to graduate in the summer of 2023. I'm currently working as the Head of Sport Science for Spartans Women's Football Club, my passion lies with sport and I'm hoping to pass on my knowledge to anyone who wants to learn and develop a strong practical understanding of sport science. I've also got a keen interest for maths and participating in sport myself. I've represented Scotland and Great Britain several times in the sport of fencing. Thus, I understand the struggle of trying to maintain a healthy balance between athletic and academic commitments. My teaching philosophy is rooted in flexibility, fun, adaptability and honesty. In my experience, I've found that in order to achieve success, you need to be present in a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Therefore, I strive to develop a healthy and fun teaching environment for all students, presenting an outlet for learning free from judgment and adversity. In my free time, I have a keen interest for music, film, football, tv and art. Specifically, I'm a big Liverpool and Star Wars fan.
