I am a graduate of University of Houston with a focus on Kinesiology. I have been teaching NASM courses at Lonestar College Cy-Fair in Houston, Texas for 2 years. I have truly enjoyed teaching all ages how to train clients in a safe and rewarding manner while adhering to the NASM philosophy exercise. I believe that learning the NASM approach is just the beginning to becoming a successful Trainor/Coach, one must continue to learn and expand your base knowledge as science evolves and helps us understand our bodies as we age. I believe that as you learn the NASM model you will not only build on your existing knowledge but also become a more corrective exercise professional and have an impact on young and older clients.
