Certified Tutor
I am currently finishing my BSc in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Florida with a Professional Certificate in Engineering Innovation. I love being able to share my passion and enthusiasm for math and science to empower students to achieve their goals. I understand each student has their own needs, so I lead my tutoring with an open mind and ask feedback from the students at the end of each session to adjust accordingly. My resume includes roles as a STEM Instruction Intern and Laboratory Assistant for the Design and Manufacturing Laboratory at the University of Florida. I also worked one Summer as a freelance Calculus Tutor. My favorite subjects to teach are engineering fundamentals, and basics of math and science. I believe a thorough understanding of fundamental principles leads to a more comprehensive understanding of more rigorous coursework in the future.
