Hello, I'm Cody. I consider myself a lifelong learner. I received my Bachelor's degree in Collaborative Special Education from The University of Alabama. I hold an Alabama teaching certificate in K-12 special education as well as middle school math. I have 10 years of previous teaching experience. I have taught various grade levels at public and private schools, both domestically and internationally. Most recently, I received my Master's degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from WGU. I have Security+, CySA+, and CEH certifications.
I have been married for 14 years and have two children. My wife is also an educator and has homeschooled our children for most of their lives. In 2019 my family moved to South Korea where my wife and I taught at an international school near Seoul. We just moved back to the US this past June. We loved living in Korea, but have enjoyed being home with family as well.
