I specialize in coaching leaders, nonprofits, and small businesses
on organizational management, building confidence to be their best selves, self-care, and maximizing their potential. She focuses on different areas which include physical, mental, emotional, social, environmental, occupational, intellectual, and financial well-being.

In addition,I am a K-12 Educator, Administrator, and former AdjunctInstructor. I have over 15 years of professional leadership experience. I hold a Doctorate in Educational Leadership,Master's in Executive Leadership, a bachelor's in English andHistory. I'm currently enrolled in Harvard's School of Business program to attain a post-graduate certificate in School Management and Leadership.


I was recognized as The Fayetteville Observer's 40 Area's Top
Business Professionals and Community Leaders. She was also
named Assistant Principal of the year in 2016-2017 for my school
district. In addition, I serve as an advisory board member for Rebrand NC Education, a platform that provides relevant educational news, instructional strategies, leadership tips, and current trends.



Currently, I serve as the first African American female Superintendent of one of the most sought-after tuition-free, public charter schools for middle and high school grades in Wake County.
