Certified Tutor

I am an undergraduate student at The University of British Columbia. I am working towards receiving my Bachelor of Science in Biology with a focus on Animal Biology. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about Biology, French, and Math. In my experience helping struggling students understand difficult material, I have found that depending on who you are teaching the material to depends on how they will be able to grasp the information. I believe tutors need to tailor their teaching style to the learning style of the person we are teaching because that is the most affective way to get the information across to them. I am a firm believer that an education plays a key role in anyone future, and what steps you take towards improving your education can play a huge role in many lives changing decisions . In my spare time, I enjoy going to a nearby beach and reading by the water, working out at the gym, nature walks, and spending time with my roommates.
