I am a graduate of Centre College in Kentucky. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Dramatic Arts. Since graduating, I have traveled extensively and have taught at various camps and school programs. I will soon begin a middle school and high school English teaching job. I believe the study of literature is vital; it teaches practical skills of communication and analysis, as well as the intangible skills of imagination and empathy that are essential to human existence. I am a strong believer that every student has the ability to succeed, and I am passionate about helping students believe in themselves. Outside of work, I enjoy taking dance classes, going on outdoor adventures, and spending time with family and friends.
