Education is one major field in which children rely upon teachers to guide and help them with positive direction. Teaching is not only 'learning for living' but more importantly, nourishing children into becoming confident and successful adults for tomorrow.
I am an Ontario Certified Teacher in good standing. I teach English as a Second Language to children who come from diverse backgrounds and who mostly converse in Common ground native mother tongues for example, Urdu, Arabic, Spanish. Working with children who are dyslexic and have ADHD, I incorporated many of the RTI (response to intervention)resources and teaching strategies.
I have extensive experience working elementary and junior grade kids having learning disabilities and study anxiety:)
I am ESL trained and I firmly believe in motto "Every Child Can Succeed"-Ontario Curriculum(grades 1-8).
I am most passionate about English Literature, History and Math. In my experience helping ELL and ESL students, the daily use of structured practice and drill(Timer and stopwatch) helps gets every student to surpass their anxiety and be confident of their learning achievements. I like to fly like 'peter pan' that is to be happy and optimistic in all situations. I want my students and peers to be committed, diverse, individually perspective, compassionate with sense of humor and easy to talk to, as I am.

I am inspired by people who lead their lives in simplicity, who are not perfect and happy about it, never runs to attain any amount of success, people who live for others, people who only want happiness for others and don’t hold any grudges for any reason, who forgive .I have a passion for fine Arts(still life oil painting on canvas). I studied eastern and western masters of Art, I acted on stage in college, I was assistant editor of college magazine ’Cogito’, where my role was to help magazine get sponsors, help chief editor in final phase of publishing magazine, to encourage new writers to come forward and write for magazine. I am always multi-tasked person, so I love to organize parties and catered with my mom for more than 60 people. I learned international culinary arts. In leisure time, I love to draw and read books:)
