A lifelong learner, I am currently finishing up the third year of my Ph.D. program studying Health and Human Performance. I am an expert in exercise science, including; biomechanics, functional anatomy, and corrective exercise prescription.

I am also well versed in statistics, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, mixed methods research, writing and essays.

I have over five years of experience as an adjunct professor in exercise science and have volunteered for five years in after-school tutoring programs for kids aged 1st grade to 12th grade.
