I am passionate about helping students because I have struggled in school before. I know it can be extremely frustrating and I would like to make peoples lives a little easier. In my past experience working with students I have enjoyed using a wide range of tools to help every individual learn properly. I love discussing what type of learner you are so I can tailor my lessons specifically to you!nI am currently receiving my bachelor of fine arts degree for art and design performance at University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. I tutor Music, Art, Drawing, Elementary, School Reading, Elementary School Writing, English, Middle School Reading, Middle School Writing, Reading, Visual Arts, and Writing. My favorite subject to tutor is either music or reading. I think music is essential for development, and I love to watch my students grow their musical knowledge. Reading is my favorite way to pass the time, and I would love to help a student find as much joy in reading as I do!
My philosophy for teaching is that no student is impossible. Everyone has the ability to learn anything as long as they are taught in a way that works for them. Teaching is not about the teacher, it is about the student and how they grow and understand. Outside of my academic interests I enjoy art, videogames, cats, and seeing my friends and family!
