I am a graduate of Auburn University - War Eagle! I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and and a Bachelor of Science in Fitness, Conditioning, and Performance. I love how the body and the brain work together, especially on the sports field! While at Auburn, I tutored student athletes in Nutrition, Kinesiology, and Psychology courses.
