I am passionate about statistics. I completed advanced coursework in statistics as part of my master's degree. I am knowledgeable about introductory topics such as descriptive statistics, probability, t-tests, correlation, and analysis of variance. I am also knowledgeable about advanced topics such as multiple regression, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and psychometrics (reliability, validity, item analyses). I also have experience using statistical software such as the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and the R programming language.

I am also passionate about helping others learn. While I was earning my Master of Arts in Psychology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, I was a teaching assistant for an undergraduate psychology research methods course and I mentored undergraduate students interested in working in the mental health field. I guided students through the process of completing their coursework and applying to graduate school. Helping students achieve their dream of becoming therapists was life changing!
