I always been passionate about education and child/adolescent development. After I graduated from university with a degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology, I decided to seek my MS in Psychology specializing in Clinical Psychology and Child/Adolescent Development.

My philosphy regarding to education is children and adolescents learn best through strategies and independent investigation via guided learning, That is, as a tutor I will provide instructional support to assist in undestanding concepts. After, the child will engage in solving the problem independently using learned methods. Furthermore, I believe practice and independent study outside of the classroom is fundamental. Thus, concepts learned outside of tutoring should be applied in the real world.

When I am not in the classroom, I spend my time writing academic papers, proofreading, and editing a number of assignments. Although it can be tedious, I find it rather enjoyable as I am seeing ideas and concepts become coherent and visual pieces. Thus, if you need assistance with writing, spelling, framing ideas, editiing, or setting on a tone, I will be more than happy to help.
