Certified Tutor

I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree at Texas Southern University. Prior to gaining acceptance into Pharmacy school I successfully completed the major science prerequisites and PCAT entrance exam. I am interested in tutoring Organic and Inorganic Chemistry because of the long experience I have studying these subjects. As a Pharmacy student it is imperative that I am affluent in my Chemistry knowledge. Additionally I always had passion for understanding how the molecular structure influenced the overall composition of matter.
My teaching style motivates the student to understand the concept by asking the right questions. I try to instill a sense of curiosity to make the tutoring session interesting and fun. I believe asking questions strengthens the conceptual knowledge and becomes easier to recall especially during exams. In my spare time I enjoy reading novels, playing chess, and yoga.
