My name is Reagan Williamson and I'm a junior at Rice University. I am an English major with a Business minor.
I have a few years of tutoring experience, especially with essay editing. Overall, I believe in coming to the student with as much prior information and preparation as possible--knowing as much about the student's learning style and goals is important to me. I try to give unique input, and I'm good with both challenging the student to develop content as well as providing another set of eyes for the more grammatical/aesthetic side of writing.
I also have experience with test-prep.
I myself took the SAT four times--I don't believe in the "plateau" everyone always talks about. I think scores can always be improved with knowledge of test taking methods.
As a side note about me, I love reading, writing, and art. I'm overall a very relaxed person and my number one goal is to make the student as comfortable and confident as possible :)
