Certified Tutor

I'm an undergraduate at CUNY York college. I'm majoring in Journalism and minoring in Anthropology. I'm a New York Cares volunteer, where I have mostly helped Spanish speaking parents learn English. I have also volunteered in pre-schools where I helped children engage on many activities such as painting, reading and writing. I'm the news editor for Pandora's Box, which is my school's official newspaper, and I'm responsible for pitching articles, assigning them to other staff members, reporting my own stories, writing, editing and proofreading articles that belong to the news section. I'm very passionate about writing, editing, learning languages and sharing my knowledge with others. I believe education is vital for a better society and I'm glad to offer my skills to make this world a better place. My hobbies are reading novels and news articles, writing, listening to music, traveling, and spending time with friends.
