The world is built on our ability to communicate. As a writer who teaches Writing and English, I am passionate about the benefits of communicating through the written word. Great power comes with the development of these skills and I relish at the thought of being the teacher that helps someone attain true power in learning the "Art of Persuasion."

I started my journey by attaining my Master's from Full Sail University. It was here that I learned to craft great stories and learned to market my craft. After earning a teaching internship at Full Sail, I started to build my teaching career.

I have taught Essay Writing, Creative Writing, English and English Literature for three years to 11th graders. I have also taught college students how to write great screenplays.

During my time teaching, I have watched struggling students grow in amazing ways. I am always humbled and fulfilled when I see a student learn how to communicate through writing for I know through their growth comes opportunities that go beyond what they could ever imagine.

As a teacher, I like to teach the "why," as well as the how. Using elements of philosophy, history, and good old fashioned experience, I find that teachers who cater their teaching style to the individual not only get better results, but they also create a lasting impression that is guaranteed to stand out in memory.

When I am not teaching, I am either working on writing my own stories or adventuring through someone else's crafted story; be it a video game, movie, or T.V. show. If I'm not doing that I'm either with my cat Sora or out playing basketball.
