My name is Ms. Luna and I am an experienced special education and general education teacher. I have experience working with all grade levels from K- 12. I've worked as a tutor for nine years and have experience teaching not only elementary school but the upper grades through beginning college as well.
Anyone who knows me will tell you that education is my passion. I believe in being a life- long learner and I feel that every student should have the chance to succeed.
I have a Master's Degree in Special Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
Working in education is important to me because I understand that all students do not learn in the same way. One gift that I have is the ability to manipulate the curriculum in different ways in order to make the material easier to understand for any type of learner.
