I graduated from the University of Chicago in June of 2015, with degrees in philosophy and English with a concentration in creative writing. I spent the year following my graduation writing and traveling the world. Now I am in New York and excited to continue teaching and learning from students! Tutoring is both a source of income and lifelong passion of mine. As a high school student, I established a free tutoring service for local at-risk children. Over the course of my college career, I made my spending money by providing homework help and tutoring services to the children of university professors and faculty. I love this work, which pushes me to continually learn and re-examine as I help others to reach their intellectual and academic goals. I am available to tutor students preparing for IB, AP, SAT, and ACT tests. I can also help you build and refine your unique writing voice, improve your reading comprehension, study habits, and test-taking skills.
