Software Developer with a BS in Computer Science. I really enjoy tutoring as it follows my passion of learning and sharing my knowledge with others. With about 5 years of experience in tutoring general subjects, I enjoy spreading a passion for programming and showing others how easy it can be! As a native Spanish speaker, I both read and write in Spanish and also English fluently while having about a year full dive experience with ASL. Outside of work I am a photographer and business owner. I love the arts especially music and I love to travel!
I am excited to work with you to make the beauty of learning available in your own unique way!

What is your teaching philosophy?
As said by Albert Einstein, "If you can’t explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough". I believe we all have the potential to learn anything, and if one can get a good understanding of the subject, concepts surrounding it will come naturally. There is nothing better than a positive and rewarding learning environment where one is praised even in the smallest accomplishment.
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
I will establish a strong personal connection with a student, I believe this baseline drives the aura of comfort and encourages free thinking and confidence. Gauging the student socially and academically naturally comes from this and thus such the best approach to teaching.
