What is your teaching philosophy?

My philosophy as a foreign language teacher is the students need to be immersed in the target language as much as possible.

What might you do in a typical first session with a student?

I will ask the student her weaknesses, and I would explain to her how we are going to work to get stronger in that specific area.

I will give the students some tips on how to have success as an independent student.

I would try to change activities in order to keep them motivated.

I would go over and over again to make sure they get concept.

I would give the student some tips in how to help them get the story's idea rather that translate every word.
