Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of the University of Connecticut where I received my Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Spanish and Judaic Studies along with a minor in Middle Eastern Studies. I am now in the process of applying to grad school where I hope to pursue my MS in Spanish-English Translation. I am a lover of the humanities, from languages and history to theology and literature. That being said, I am most passionate about tutoring Spanish. Having studied the language since I was a child, I then decided to make it my main academic focus in college where I studied not only Spanish language and grammar but also Spanish and Latin American history, civilization, and culture. I have also studied Hebrew both in pursuit of my degree in Judaic Studies and informally for religious purposes. As someone who has acquired all of his language ability from learning in a classroom setting, I understand the most common challenges that students tend to face. I am very patient and professional in my teaching manner having needed tutoring myself while growing up. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, drawing, board games, cards, and enjoying the great outdoors.
