I graduated from Towson University with a degree in Advertising and Theater. I have been a teacher's assistant on and off for over five years now. In my opinion and through my experience over the years, I must say patience is one of the main ingredients to successful tutoring and/or teaching. With patience comes a more acute sense of observation and, consequently, learning how each pupil absorbs and retains information. And the next important ingredient is to keep the exchange engaging and interesting. Make it fun and avoid monotony.
