Certified Tutor

I am currently a student studying to be physician's assistant. I have tutored statistics for three years at the collegiate level, and have also tutored genetics and physiology. My main specialty is tutoring students in study skills. When I work with students I assess their strengths and the methods of learning the student feels most comfortable with. The types of learning I like to identify in individuals include but are not limited to: visual, physical, auditory, and memorization. These techniques are all study skills I have learned to master while studying for my biology major and statistics minor, and have allowed me to become successful in mentoring other students as well. In my spare time, I enjoy working and volunteering with others, multitasking, and running. My life largely revolves around working with people. I am here to help you learn, and am ready to share my knowledge with you as we begin our journey through mentoring and tutoring with one another.
