I am absolutely committed to helping students succeed. I have not only mastered teaching techniques, I have the ability to listen to your needs and create a tutoring program that is custom-made for you.

I have a Master's Degree in Education and a Bachelor's Degree in English. I am passionate about teaching writing, reading and literature, as well as business writing and academic writing. I also have a strong record in teaching students to pass the Regents English examination.

I write for many organizations, including Weill Cornell Medical College, Ameriprise Financial, Rutgers University and Demand Media. I have taught in the New York City public school system, and I have extensive experience in one-on-one tutoring. I tutored numerous students after school to help them improve their English language skills.

I treat tutoring as a custom-made session. I find out how you learn and help you reach your goals your way. In other words, I listen, understand and find ways to help you overcome obstacles. I look forward to helping you find your strengths and becoming part of your success team!

I also write music and enjoy martial arts, yoga and hiking.
