Certified Tutor

A small-town girl from Connecticut, I attended the University of Rhode Island, where I achieved my Bachelor's degree in Writing and Rhetoric, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Writing has always been a passion of mine, and although it is not for everyone, I believe that passion is contagious.

I first began tutoring in my college's Writing Center during my senior year, helping students of all ages improve all different aspects of their writing. As I loved tutoring others so much, I began to tutor professionally, working with students from kindergarten to graduate school. Writing, Reading, Grammar and Elementary Math are the cornerstones of a solid education, an education that leads our upcoming generations to success.

In my freetime, my husband and I enjoy spending time with our dogs, exploring the city of Boston, traveling New England and spending time outdoors. I like to spend my time reading, exploring the world of gluten-free foods, capturing life through photography and enjoying a good cup of coffee.
