Certified Tutor

I taught in the school system for 8 years in the state of Georgia, six years in Dekalb County and two years in Cobb County. I also own several ILP houses for young adults that aged out the foster system where I teach multiple life skills. I taught children within the middle school age 10-15 on all subjects, however my strength is mathematics. I taught children with a disability which allowed many hours teaching one-on-one where I focused on individual learning style and differentiating the lesson, this allowed me to reach the student in an irregular way which helped to assist the student with learning.

I know my attention and patience learned from assembling puzzles assist me with teaching. On my spare time I also like to go on long bike rides and read self-help books.

I am a firm proponent of education, believing it to be necessary for an improved quality of life, and I try to impart this appreciation to all my students.
