I am currently studying Physics with Astrophysics and Cosmology at University. I have four A-levels Maths, Physics, Biology, Chemistry in which I attained four A's. At GCSE I took additional subjects Further maths and Astronomy and achieved A's, as well as grade 8's in sciences and maths. I am familiar with specifications, exam prep/technique mark scheme criteria and ability to answer both qualitatively and quantitatively. My degree has contained both higher physics and mathematics modules which has allowed me to properly consolidate GCSE and A-level content. I own textbooks, workbooks, resources and personal notes which I can use to aid a students studies and help them to attain top grades.

I also work as a receptionist at a local leisure centre, I am very comfortable with providing a customer/client facing service within our community. In my free time I like to spend a lot of time outdoors but if it's a rainy day I do spend some time gaming too.

My area of specialty are Physics and Maths given that I am studying these in my degree/integrated masters. I am now proficient in these subjects at GCSE/A-Level standard however I also remember how it was to be a student learning at each of these levels, it can be very hard. Implementing different learning methods which are interactive and engaging are great for students who are struggling. I generally believe struggles in maths/physics arise due to a flaw in some fundamental knowledge, I like to strip down any concepts to basics and rebuild up from a strong foundation. It is also important to incentivise learning, as an aspiring astrophysicist/cosmologist I have been motivated to learn because of the wonderful conclusions we can make through our findings and I would love to share with my students to help them to be as passionate as I am.
