Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of the University of Oklahoma where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and also Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center where I received my PharmD. Since graduation, I have become a licensed pharmacist in Texas and Georgia and have been practicing in a retail and hospital setting caring for a wide variety of patients. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about Pharmacy/medicine and psychology. In my experience helping struggling students prepare for licensing exams, I focus a lot of my time in trying to take the intimidation out of the exam itself and making each student understand how do-able the test is in order to take away some of the fear. I am a firm proponent of education, believing it to be absolutely necessary for an improved quality of life, and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, painting, hiking, spending time with my 2 cats, and discovering/exploring new restaurants with my friends.
