Certified Tutor

I obtained my bachelor's degree in mathematics from Iowa State University and my master's degree in instructional design and media from the American College of Education. I am in my third year of teaching math at the high school level. All three years have been spent teaching Algebra I and Algebra II. I am also going on three years of being a tutor for after school hours. During the school day, this is my second year of being a math tutor during a study hall period. I love teaching/helping students with math because the skills they use and develop during the learning process/solving problems can be used in any career path as well as their personal life.
