I have been a teacher for over 16 years working in the primary sector. I have a Masters in Education as well as a PGCE. I have taught all subjects across both the KS1 and KS2 curriculum. I have a vast experience in supporting children to learn to read; including with phonics skills and comprehension skills. I am passionate about the value and importance of reading. Recently, I completed a year long course on the best teaching methods for phonics.
