Certified Tutor

I graduated from The Florida Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Astronomy and Astrophysics and a minor in Biology. I was very involved in traveling, campus organizations, and research projects. Throughout my undergraduate program, I studied with friends and classmates for my classes and even helped tutor them in concepts they had a more challenging time with. I served as a mentor to an underclassman and helped them prepare for future classes. Since graduating, I have taken personal courses to further my education to prepare for graduate school. Though I tutor in Biology, Algebra, Geometry, Physics, Astrophysics, and Astronomy, I have been passionate about Astronomy since high school. I firmly believe that people can learn much from each other and that learning is a lifelong journey. I love helping struggling students because I have gotten help with several courses that were challenging for me. Receiving tutoring is very beneficial, and when it's done with someone you connect with, it can be enjoyable. I enjoy seeing people that I help receive higher grades and find enjoyment in the subjects. In my spare time, I love listening to music, video games, tennis, and doing 5Ks.
