Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of Wesley College where I earned my bachelor's degree in physical education with a concentration in exercise physiology. I went on to earn a masters of science degree from Neumann University in Sport Management as well as a K-12 health and physical education teaching certification from Eastern University.
Additionally, I have an extensive background in exercise physiology and hold a national personal training certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I am an instructor for the American Red Cross allowing me the capability to certify individuals in the areas of CPR/AED/First Aid.
My passion for wanting to educate the importance of health and wellness led me to my career in teaching. Over the past 14 years, I have developed curricula that stay current with the ever-changing demands of health and fitness education while instilling a passion for lifelong fitness. I strive to engage all levels of learners through dynamic lessons that educate and advance a student.
I enjoy strength training, HIIT classes, vacationing at the beach and watching my children play sports.
