Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of Loyola University Maryland. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with a minor in History. I work in Instructional Support teaching reading and math interventions. I have a PA certification k-4. I encourage my students to take academic risks and challenge themselves. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about Math and History. In my experience helping struggling students starts with their confidence level. Being in a environment where they can practice the skills they will grow the confidence to take part in class more often and try challenging problems. I love working with students and know the importance of a firm education. I try to make sure I teach my students in a way that coincides with their interests.
