Hello! My name is Dana Oliver and I have been a teacher for 15 years. I went to St. Joseph's College in New York and received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I am certified to teach General Education and Special Education students Birth through 6th grade in 2006. I then went to Dowling College in New York and received my Master's Degree in Literacy Birth through 6th grade in 2009. I have taught in Queens, New York and now live in North Carolina, where I teach. I have been teaching in elementary schools my whole career and I am very familiar with the standards and expectations students need to know in order to succeed! I try to build a relationship with all my students and their families! I want your child to feel comfortable and confident to try any challenges that come their way! Let me help you and your child!

I have a son, so he takes up a lot of my time! I also am a full time teacher during the day and I love my job! I am very social and enjoy being with my friends, swimming and I love hockey, football and baseball! I love being outdoors and gardening.
