Greetings! My name is Toby and I am a Texas certified Teacher, Doctoral Student, and most importantly an educator with a passion for language & literacy development. My experience encompasses teaching & tutoring students from Pre-Kindergarten all the way through the 12th grade with a specialty in Reading, Writing, & Research. With that I also have a Masters & Bachelor's degree in Bilingual & ESL education and specialization in Reading.
