Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of American Military University, where I received my Bachelor's in Business Administration. Additionally, I have an Associate degree from the Community College of the Air Force as an Instructor of Military Technology. After separating from the Air Force, I started certification to teach grades K-8. I have passed the special education certification test; however, my certification is on hold as I have an infant at home.
I have taught undergrad students for over 4 years. I have experience teaching children in grades K-8 as a public school substitute teacher for 1 year and Sunday school for 4 years. I believe that all students are capable of learning and that each student has a preferred learning style. Teaching a student effectively is often dependent on figuring out what works best for them.
I am currently tutoring English, reading, and related topics.
