As a student-centered educator of age 4 years on up, with 20+ years facilitating business and human resource courses, originally starting in the classroom teaching night classes. Fast forward to today, I create a conducive learning environment with a great understanding and empathy for students when it comes to feeling more confident and at ease with learning new information. I also have experience and understanding and especially enjoy working with slight special needs students of all ages.

Utilizing newer and newer technology to enhance student learning with textbooks, articles, videos, and the building resource lists for subjects, and most recently with the innovative addition for an adaptive learning platform. With a vast interest in differences between the traditional and non-traditional students of mixed generations all in the same classroom who all have various working backgrounds in various fields along with knowledge with more ambition and drive to achieve a degree. Other interests lie in trying to find new innovative ways to assist students in non-traditional ways using technology such as AI (artificial intelligence) and VR (virtual reality) to enhance education.
