I have taught middle school for over 9 years and 1 year at a high school. I am a 2010 graduate from the University of Delaware with my B.S. in Agriculture Education. In 2012 I graduated from Wilmington University with my M.Ed in Educational Technology. I have a hands on approach to learning because I believe that education should be fun. I incorporate this every day in my classroom. I currently teach 5th-8th grade science. I have taught environmental, animals, and plant science for 7 years, algebra for a year, and have a deep understanding and love of history. I also get to know my students and determine their interests and how students learn best. I allow the students to guide their learning while I assist them to discovering the information their own. I love seeing students succeed and I will try my best to make sure this happens.

Traveling and the beach are some of my favorite places! I love Harry Potter, Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Percy Jackson, and a lot more! My favorite foods are pizza and ice cream!
