Certified Tutor

I have a Bachelor's of Educational Studies degree from Francis Marion University. Throughout my life for about 15 years i have been tutoring students of different ages. While working towards my degree, I have worked at different schools completing internships which required me to teach lessons, work one-on-one and in small groups with students, and document their work. My favorite subjects to tutor are Math and English, but I enjoy helping students in any subject that they or their parents feel improvement is needed. I believe that education is a necessity in life and that it's hard to excel without it. I also believe that while anyone is working towards an education that teachers, mentors, tutors, etc. need to remember that everyone learns differently and I always try to incorporate this belief while working with each student. In my spare time I enjoy singing, reading and spending quality time with my family.
