Certified Tutor

I graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and a focus on Theater. Since Graduation, I've worked as a Substitute School Teacher covering elementary, secondary, and special needs education. More recently, I've been privately tutoring students, Pre-School through Senior High. I've taught students over a broad range of subjects and ages. I am most enthusiastic about teaching Beginner Piano and music theory-3rd grade and up, Reading, Reading Comprehension, English Literature, History, and Creative Writing. In my experience, I have aided struggling students in remedial work helping them overcome learning obstacles and enabling them to achieve remarkable success academically. I've integrated into my tutoring style the Law of Assumption principles. Our imaginations and our thoughts create our realities. Having an awareness of our thoughts, and inner conversations is important in actualizing the academic goals we intend to achieve.
