I've taught criminal justice in higher education for 10 years. My undergraduate degree is in Psychology and Dramatic Arts from the University of California Santa Barbara. Prior to moving into the field of criminal justice and criminology, I earned my MA in Theatre from Royal Holloway, University of London. Subsequently, I decided to pursue my passion for criminological psychology and earned my MPhil in Criminological Research at the University of Cambridge. During that degree, I discovered my passion for correctional rehabilitation and decided to continue my studies and earned my PhD in Criminology.
Teaching and helping students develop their passion for writing, social sciences, and humanities fills me with excitement. I bring my zest for academia to tutoring sessions and make sure we have a great time while you master the subject at hand. I make sure our instruction is hands on and real world.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, reading, and video games.

I enjoy traveling and exploring new places. I am an avid reader and my COVID hobby is video games. In graduate school, I also developed a passion for rowing and power-lifting, though I haven't kept up that hobby. I also volunteer for animal rescue and therapy dog organizations.
