Certified Tutor
English is the subject that I tutor. I very much enjoy grammar and earned my MA in English with TESOL certification from Northern Michigan University. I also have a BA in art. In regard to my style of tutoring, mistakes are expected as they go with the process of learning. I also like to hear questions. There is no such thing as a stupid question and you will learn more if you ask them. Students are encouraged to suggest their own interests, hobbies, friends and family as subjects when we practice English.
This is more comfortable. We also want to collaborate/discuss different ways to write a sentence and then choose which one if best. We want to enjoy what we are discussing and be as comfortable as possible when we are learning. Of course laughter is always welcome! Thank-you for your time.

In my free time I enjoy snow-shoeing, dancing, playing Animal Crossing, reading, cooking and drawing. Right now, as I write this, my first Novel is being printed! My daughter collaborated with me on the illustrations. This book is in English with a smattering of Spanish as well as Anishinabee.
