Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of Park University. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a minor in English. I have extensive experience as a tutor and much of my tutoring experience has been with students from diverse backgrounds such as those in an English as a Second Language program. I enjoy encouraging my students and guiding them through their goals and assignments. I tutor numerous subjects which means that I have a broad range of education. I tutor Spanish, English, American Literature, English as a Second Language, Reading, and Writing. I'm passionate about these subjects and I encourage my students to set high goals for themselves while I also challenge them to set new goals each day. As a tutor, I constantly assess how my students are doing so that I may adjust my instruction to benefit their learning. When I am not tutoring, I enjoy creative writing, playing electric guitar, reading books in Spanish, and cooking.
