Hey! I am a fellow student just like you! Right now, I am attending Wheaton College, but to give you a little more information about my background, I was born and raised in South Korea and attended an International IB school in the city of Daejeon. Going to this international school, I learned the importance of making friendships and strong relationships. I love getting to know more people as there are just so many people that can be my friend in the world! I love helping students like you because I too, had tutors growing up. It was so nice to have someone who was a mentor, a teacher, but also a friend. I want to be this person for you. I hope to guide you and help you in ways that I may have a little more experience and knowledge in. I also hope to learn more from YOU and am very excited for the things that you will be able to teach me! Growing up, I also went to a lot of camps around the country. I was able to make great friends that I would have never been able to make else whereas the camp is a great time and provides the space for friends to become intimate and vulnerable. I was most recently a counselor for elementary and middle schools (5~8th graders) for 10 weeks consecutively!
Since I grew up in South Korea, I am fluent in both Korean and English. While attending the IB international School (TCIS), I was also able to take three years of IB Spanish! I am a very bubbly person who is also down to help a friend out wherever and whenever. I believe that two brains put together are better than just one, so let me help you!
Some things that I enjoy outside of academics and in my free time are; Jesus, basketball, volleyball, spikeball, waterpolo, working out, watching Netflix, hanging out with friends and EATING
