Certified Tutor

I am so excited to be part of your educational learning. It is my objective to help learners with building a strong foundation in literacy. With being a highly qualified State Certified Educator, it is my belief that I continually learn just like my students. Therefore, with my Master's in Education and Master's in English Language, I am constantly broadening my professional development skills set.

I have over 12 years' experience instructing in Language Arts and Writing from grades K-12 and post collegiate. My concentrated focus is on literacy and writing, with an additional reading endorsement tutoring for comprehension, remedial, intervention, and standardized testing. Additionally, possess a writing endorsement from instructing essay writing, journalism, creative writing and public speaking. I do collegiate instruction on English Literature, Reading Comprehension and Writing as well as ACT Test Prep for Reading and Writing. I am qualified to teach adult education, GED, resume writing, interviewing and public speaking.

I am a published author for a children's book and currently working on my first adult read. I am very creative and have a love for painting, dancing, writing, roller coasters, cycling and working out.
