While at Meicai.cn (An online platform that enables farmers to sell vegetables to small and medium-sized restaurants), I was responsible for using data visualization techniques to illustrate our ideas to the sales and marketing departments. Working closely with other departments allowed me to hone my interpersonal skills and the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical personnel. My position gave me the opportunity to solve the problems always on behalf of our clients.
When I was a student I always summarized my learning process and faults I made so that when people asked me about homework questions I could reflect on myself and used my experience and methods to discuss with them. I always put myself in others' shoes so that to solve the problems effectively.
