Certified Tutor

Hello, and thanks for considering me as your next Varsity Tutor! Learning and teaching epitomize my lifestyle, passions, and goals. To introduce a bit of my background, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Allied Health Science, and am currently a graduate student studying Applied Neuroscience. I'm working towards a Ph.D. in Neuroscience, with the long-term intention of becoming a full-time professor and researcher at the university level.

My academic experience lies heavily within basic sciences, research methods, statistics, psychology, writing & literature, and a number of clinically related subjects. Much of my study consists of reading, writing, and comprehension of diverse information, at an accelerated level. However, my goal as an academic and as your tutor is to tailor the information I hold, in such a way that's suitable, applicable, and real-time for learners. As a student myself, I understand the importance of accommodating to learner's unique styles and needs. I'm qualified to tutor around 30 subjects, ranging anywhere from Elementary English & Writing to Graduate Level Statistics, and would gladly work with students on subjects that lie anywhere in between.
